Do you have more than 1 affiliate website and use only one account per affiliate network? This means that in some affiliate networks you don't know from what domain a transaction is coming from. In Ivanhoe.io you can import all your affiliate transactions into one dashboard. As long as you use correct Ivanhoe.io sub-id's we're able to set the right media for it.
Transactions without Ivanhoe.io sub-id
In case a transaction doesn't contain an Ivanhoe.io sub-id, we can't set the right media for it! In order to keep your reports up to date, you're able to set a media for transactions without an Ivanhoe.io sub-id, based on your knowledge.
How does it work?
Once you have a transaction without an Ivanhoe.io sub-id, you can set a media for it. In order to do so you just need to navigate to: Transactions and click on the specific transaction in your Ivanhoe.io account. When clicking on the transaction you'll get more transaction details. Now you'll see a button named "Choose media" to set the correct media for this transaction.
Why can i set a media for a transaction
In order to get your reports as specific as we can you're able to enrich your affiliate transactions with your human knowledge. By setting correct media to transactions you're able to run reports based on data provided by your affiliate networks and improve them with your own data. This will result in more detailed data to analyse!
Please keep in mind: as the media was not set by default based on a correct Ivanhoe.io sub-id there are no visitor profiles generated for integrations. This means we will not send these transactions to Google Analytics, Google Ads or Microsoft Ads if you've set media manually.
